About Us

At Throttle Down Kustoms, we design, engineer, and build our bumpers, frames, skid plates, and accessories in house. Designed with real, honest-to-goodness work vehicles in mind, all our products are made from laser-cut solid steel and hand-welded by certified, trained professionals.

We may be located in Montana, but we’re known all over the world because we let our products speak for themselves.

Our History

The idea for Throttle Down Kustoms was born in the early 2000s when owner and fabricator Jeremy Pulse began building custom truck bumpers in his spare time. When the demand for his handcrafted bumpers was too much for free time work, he quit his job to work on bumpers full time.

In April 2004, Jeremy bought out his former employer, Advance Frame Works, and changed the name to Throttle Down Kustoms. Today, Throttle Down Kustoms is a successful custom manufacturer with a dedicated team of certified fabricators.

The Masterminds Behind Throttle Down Kustoms

Jeremy brings to the table a degree in Auto Body Technology and Chassis Fabrication from WyoTech's highly regarded specialized automotive training program. The countless hours he spent building and testing bumpers and other custom parts gave him the knowledge and ability to design and build the products customers want and need.

Jeremy is 100% committed to offering only the highest quality products, so every certified fabricator on our team graduated from a reputable chassis fabrication program. We always make a point to employ smart, innovative, and highly trained professionals to ensure the best quality in our products.

What Makes Us Different?

  • All of our products are made in the USA. In the small town of Moore, Montana, to be exact.
  • We do custom fabrications. We’ve done enclosed trailers, Jeep frames, rock crawling buggies, street rods, diesel powered truggies, and more.
  • We build mandrel bent frames. We want to offer our customers the best quality frames, so we avoid welded frames and build mandrel bent ones instead. They’re sturdier and more precisely made than welded frames.
  • We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products. Read our warranty for more details.
